What to expect at our Rocky Horror Show
Richard O'Brien's The Rocky Horror Show is a live musical comedy about a straight-laced young couple, Brad and Janet, whose car breaks down on a rainy night. They knock on the wrong door and stumble into the wildest party of their lives. Expect big songs, bigger characters, plenty of laughs, and a whole lot of glitter.
This is a cheeky, grown-up show with adult humor. Recommended for mature audiences.
Audience Participation
Yell at the stage. Please.
People have been talking back to this show for fifty years, and we're not about to be the ones who ask you to stop. Callbacks, cheering for the actors, and standing up during the Time Warp: all correct.
One ask: There are fifteen actors and a live band doing this up there every night. Be loud, be filthy, be funny, and be respectful of the people bringing this show to the stage.
If it's your first time seeing the show in real life, sit back and enjoy it and jump in whenever you want!
Prop Packs
Somewhere in the 1970s, an audience decided a rock musical needed props. Nobody has been able to talk them out of it since.
You can add these to your ticket order ahead of time for $10, or you can purchase them at the door while supplies last. There's a card inside telling you when each item has its moment, and you'll hear the cue coming.
Leave outside props at home, please. No rice, no water, no confetti, no food, nothing from your own bag. We love the tradition, and we also have to hand this hangar back in one piece and fairly clean.

First Timers
Don't worry, about half this room has never seen it either.
That's true at every Rocky Horror show, everywhere, always. You don't need to know the callbacks. You don't need a costume. You don't need to have seen the movie at 1am on somebody's couch to have an insanely good time with us.
Sit down, watch what the people around you do, and you'll be caught up by the second song.
