REFUND POLICY

All ticket sales are final. Because every seat counts for a live production with a limited run, we are not able to offer refunds.We are glad to help with exchanges. If you can't make the performance you booked, we can move you to another performance in this run, based on availability. Email info@rockyhorrorwichita.com at least 48 hours before your original showtime with your name, order number, and the performance you'd like to switch to. Ticketing service fees are non-refundable. If you exchange into a higher-priced performance, you'll cover the difference. We are not able to refund the difference for a lower-priced one.If we cancel a performance and do not reschedule it, you'll receive a full refund of the ticket price.
